Each edition is filled with money-saving local deals and coupons as well as major regional and national advertisers.

 

Job Description

As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our clients, measuring the effectiveness of their Ad campaign, and providing recommendations to increase sales and grow their revenue through strategic Ad placement.

 

What You’ll Do

• Existing Business Development

• Evaluate Prospective Client Needs, Establish Solutions, Build Long-lasting Relationships

• Manage Post Sales Process

• Daily CRM Reporting

• In field client visits

• Follow-up and Customer Service to Existing Clients

• Ensuring our clients are receiving maximum return on their Ad spend.

 

We’re looking for someone with B2B experience, preferably in Advertising. We have a great training program that outlines our products, systems and strategies. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is motivated to help others and looking to take control of their future success. This position is also a great way to experience ownership of a publication, without having to take on the financial responsibilities that come with operating your own business.
